He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lentz and Florence Lentz (Gruezke); and his siblings, Dorcas Westrick, Harvey Lentz, Jean May and Donald Lentz.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his children, Lynda Doering (Michael), Janice Blaney (Bradley) and Rev. Kevin Lentz (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Cassie Rost (Nick), Sean Doering (Areli), Rebekah Lentz, Jacob Lentz (Kaydi) and Anna Blaney. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
