She is survived by: her brothers, Chuck Yacuk (Kathy) of Kouts and Ron Yacuk (Pam) of Conroe, Texas; her nephews, Benjamin Nick (Juliana) of Indianapolis, Justin Nick (Kathlene) of Indianapolis, Derek Nick (Whitney) of Nappanee, Indiana, James Yacuk (Cindy) of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Jason Yacuk (Sherri), Jeff Yacuk, Andrew Yacuk (Tana) and Matthew Yacuk; and her friends, Liz, Cindy and Amanda of Elkhart. She is also survived by family members and countless friends.
