She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Heltness and Edna Mae Heltness (Coleman); and her son Jeffrey E. Poorbaugh. She is survived by: her daughter Kristi Hogrebe (Matthew) of Goshen; her brother Daniel J. Heltness (Elizabeth) of Greenville; and her grandchildren, Megan Hughes of Goshen and Benjamin Hughes of Elkhart.
