She was predeceased by: her sister Doris Conyers Sales; her grandmother Rosie Palmer; her stepfather Alford Lee; and her aunt Stella Mitchell. She is survived by: her parents, Deloris Lee (Peoples) and McILwraith Peoples (Veronica); her sons, Davon Williams and Trayvon Sheppard; her grandchild Laelynn Grace Sheppard; her siblings, Maurice Peoples, Marjorie Peoples (Eddie Tyes) of Elkhart, Christina Shepherd (Jerale) of Elkhart, Melissa Bates Dandridge (Brian) of Elkhart, Keshia Bates of Elkhart, Angela Bates of Elkhart, Shanida Lee of Elkhart and Tisha Pulluaim of Elkhart; her sisters-in-law, Renee Henderson and Marjorie Williams; and her nieces, Alyssa King, Annete Porter, Tracy Sheppard, Willie Bonner and Louise Frasier. She is also survived by family members and friends.
