She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Vincent; and her sister Karla Bilancio-Gonzales. She is survived by: her siblings, Ronda T. Bilancio, Paula Bilancio and Daniel Bilancio; and her nieces and nephews, Theresa Gonzales, Tessa Gonzales, Amanda Bilancio, Melissa Bilancio, Richard Coffey (Mandy) and Nathan Bilancio.

The family kindly request all memorials be given in Debra's name to the Elkhart County Humane Society.
