He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Grove; his children, Roger Dean Proctor (Laurie) of Mishawaka, Randall Scott Proctor (Nichole) of Mishawaka, Ryan Kent Proctor of Mishawaka and Denise Diane Snider (Billy) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Matthew, Amanda, Samantha, Colten, Roman, Farrah, Clint, Gage, Rocky, James, Selena, Jackson and Joseph; and his siblings, Steven Proctor (Karen), Joyce Proctor and Michael Proctor. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
