He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosamond Joan Mapes and Norman Gene Mapes; his brother-in-law Ron Hayes; his wife Connie Mapes; his children, Misty Gallegos (Julian), Mary Tupper (AJ), Thomas Curtis and Jeffery Curtis; his siblings, Pat Hayes and Ed Mapes (Donna); his grandchildren, Julian, Avery and Micah; and his pet Gracie.
