She is survived by: her mother Bessie Mae Heflin (Smith); her husband Norman Hoffman, Jr.; her daughters, Angela K. Schmidt (John) of Osceola and Sharon Hoffman-Miller (Bryan) of Lexington, Kentucky; her brothers, Sidney Heflin (Joelen) of Goshen and Donald Ray Heflin (Linda) of Elkhart; her grandsons, Tyler, Austin Schmidt of Osceola and Nicholas Hoffman (Susan) of Lexington; her great grandchild Kamari Hoffman; and her pet Snickers. She is also survived by extended family, good friends.
