He was predeceased by: his parents, Donovan Mac Hall, Sr. and Erma Van Tornhout; and his brother James Hall. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Blazi (Terri); his daughters, Staci Kenney (John) and Stephanie Fuentes Blalock (John); his grandchildren, Bretten Schrag, Leesha Morris, Bryce Schrag, Celina Schrag, Holden Schrag, Hannah Nell (Austin), Madison Fuentes and Elias Fuentes; and his nieces, Lyndsey Hall (Justin Oley) and Melissa Worden (Nick). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and a great nephew.
