It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Horst of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on May 11, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Mann and Nellie Mann; and her brother David Mann (Mona) of Glendale, AZ.. She is survived by: her husband John; and her children, John Horst (Phyllis) of Sycamore, IL, David Horst (Andrea) of Tiskilwa, IL, Paul Horst (Sara) of Guthrie, OK and Ruth Shank (Roger) of Monroe, GA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 7 step-great-grandchildren.
