She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Jemison and Mary Jemison (Spencer); her children, Carl Walker, Lance, James Addison and Keeona Addison; and her brother James Arthur.

She is survived by: her children, Charles H. Jemison of Elkhart, Jacqueline Frazier of Tuscaloosa, Sharon Addison of Gary and Nancy Addison of Los Angeles, California; her siblings, Perry Jemison of West Memphis, Howard Jemison of Tuscaloosa, Mary Long (David) of Gary, Annie Franklin of Tuscaloosa, Betty Stalking of Elkhart, Erma Scroggins of Tuscaloosa, Linda Williams (Eddie) of Tuscaloosa, Jacketta Jemison of Tuscaloosa and Vanessa Jemison of Tuscaloosa; her grandchildren, Thomas Proctor, Danielle, Derek Ballard, Ashley Proctor, Allen, Alex, Evan, Erin and James Addison, Jr.; and her close friend Sarah Harris (Donald) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, extended family, friends, neighbors.
