He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bowlby and Velma Bowlby (Huss); his wife Judie; and his siblings, James and Leita (Weaver).
He is survived by: his children, Holly Quasny (Steven), Melissa Richmond (Brien) and Joshua Bowlby. He is also survived by his three children and five grandchildren.
