He is survived by: his parents, Donald Fager and Karolyn Zickafoose (Hughes); his wife Michelle Fager (Yermasek) of Elkhart; his children, Savanna Fager, Kayla Gray (Shawntes) and Kevin Kelly (Adrienne); his grandchildren, Aris, Russell and Ozni; and his siblings, Kristi Cox (Corey), Kasey Ambs (Ernie), Amanda Clements (Seelye), Judah Zickafoose (Jasmine), Isaac Zickafoose (Kinsey), Janna Zickafoose (Maurice Piper) and Josiah Zickafoose. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
