It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyne Franklin Parker of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Cotton Plant, Arkansas, who passed away on March 25, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Mattie Lillian Parker (Crafford); and his siblings, Lennon, Troy Parker, Louise Beard, Charlie Smith-Hawks, Elizabeth Ballowe, Baby Nell Parker and Tchotchke.
He is survived by : his wife Addaline Parker; his children, Carrie Miller and Randy Parker; his granddaughters, Felicia "Little Angel" Miller and Jasmine "Jassie" Miller (Austin); his niece Brenda; his nephew Jim Scriba; his close friends, Carla and Clyde Riley; and also, Chris Lovette and Oliver. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
