He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Carroll and Dona Carroll; his significant other Brenda Lynn Dunn; his granddaughter Elizabeth Glassburn; and his siblings, Bobby Carroll, Georgie Perdue, Thomas "Tommy" Carroll, James Isaac "Jimmy" Carroll and Sally "Tina" Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Bridgett Clements (Andrew), Camille "Cami" Boyer (Jeffrey), Clifford Quintin Carroll (Wendy), Alisha Mingucha (Adam), Quintina "Tina" Meek (Brady) and Branden Earl Carroll (Bonnie); and his siblings, Leonard Carroll, Mabel "Suzie" Abbott, Herbert "Osby" Carroll, Angie Miller, Wanda Miller and Stacy Randall "Randy" Carroll. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home (1531 Cobblestone Blvd, Elkhart, IN 46514). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
