It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Correia of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Salinas, California, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joe Correia and Rita Correia (Gomez-DeGuerro); his children, Rita Kane (Dennis) of Sarasota, FL and Joseph Correia (Andrea) of Holly Ridge, NC; his grandsons, Stephen, William and Patrick; his girlfriend Rachel Mast of Elkhart; and his brother Joseph Correia of Chula Vista, CA.
Ed was also very giving as he notably donated over 22 gallons of blood to local clinics throughout the years, allowing others the opportunity to live happier, healthier lives with his donations.
