She was predeceased by: her parents, William Anderson and Ernestine "Ernie" Esther Duff; her spouse Hansel Lee "Jack" Mullins; and her siblings, Chester Duff, Rosie Lee Perkins, Leonard Ray Duff and Ruby Mae Hackworth.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Lee Mullins (Jo Anna Price) of Elkhart, IN and Terry Lynn McCoy (Charles L.) of Cookeville, TN; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Throneberry (Tony) and Jerry Davis (Megan); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Erica Downer and Jasmine Downer; and her sister-in-law Twylla Duff of Elkhart, IN..
