He was predeceased by: his father Allan Conrad. He is survived by: his mother Karen Conrad; his daughter Tori Conrad (Patrick Curtin III); his grandsons, Percy and Logan Curtin; his siblings, Karen L. Walters (David), Allan Dale Conrad, II and Cindy Widmeyer (Rex); and his pet Chevy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
