He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Clifford and Mildred Chloe Hill (Justice); his brother Frederick D. Hill; and his wife Elaine Norma Hill. He is survived by: his children, Clifford Dean Hill and Cynthia Jean Schlotzhauer.
