She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Haines and Edna Fay McCreary (Leak); her husband Eugene "Gene" Phillips; and her siblings, Edwin Haines (Margurete), George Haines (Gloria), John Haines (Ann), Irene Mosher (Haines) and Betty Kiefer (Haines).
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Phillips of Elkhart and Mardi Phillips of Cave Creek, AZ; her grandchildren, Sawyer Beier (Kurt) of Carmel, Tanner Phillips (Amanda) of Carmel and Jenifer Lockwood of Three Rivers, MI; her great grandchildren, Maverick, Paisley, Greenlee, Penn Beier, Flash, Sly, Gatsby, Solo Phillips, Treyvon Prestly, Calista, Tyler and Caia Lockwood; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson and Hayden Prestly. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
