We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Flora Sowers of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Muskegon, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Doris (VanHook); and her siblings, Richard Bate and Linda Obert. She is survived by: her children, George W. Sowers of Granger, Michael R. Sowers of LaVergne, Tennessee and Teresa Edwards (Chad) of Cassopolis, Michigan; her sister Elizabeth "Betty" Sagraves of Palmetto, Florida; her grandchildren, Benjamin Marsh, Larissa Sowers, Zachary Edwards (Kelcie), Lucas, Jacob Edwards, James and Joshua Sowers; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Weston and Huxlynn Edwards. She is also survived by loving extended family, in-laws, friends.
For those wishing to do so, memorial donations can be given to the Northside Baptist Church, The St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Center for Hospice Care, Mishawaka.
