He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Shaw and Dorothy Shaw (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny"; his sons, Lee E. Shaw of Elkhart and Ryan S. Shaw of Elkhart; his sisters, Penny Pigors (Tony), Melinda "Mindy" Shaw and Sally Krumwiede (Chuck); and his pet Chewbacca "Chewie". He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
