We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2023, at the age of 76, George Leon Searfoss of Elkhart, Indiana, born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Searfoss and Rose Searfoss (Palmero); his brothers, Theodore, David, Thomas and James; and his grandson Andrew.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia (Ludwig); and his children, George Jr. Searfoss (Katina) of South Bend, Ileana Reed (Eric) of Sugarloaf, Henry Searfoss of Elkhart, Edward Searfoss (Patricia) of Phoenix, Isaac Searfoss of Mishawaka, Renee Searfoss (Andrew Busch) of Myrtle Beach and Gabrielle Mieher (David) of Loveland.
