He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Eugene Warner and Viola J. Denuyll; his wife Dorothy Faye Warner (Ginther); his children, David Paul Warner and Peggy Helen Warner; his siblings, Charles W. Warner, Geraldine M. Taylor and Viola G. Warner (Temple); and his sister-in-law Pat Warner.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Chuck" Warner (Linda) of Elkhart and Gerald "Buddy" Underwood (Phyllis) of Albuquerque, NM; and his grandchildren, Nathan J. Warner (Jessica) of Forman, ND, Amanda K. Warner (Philip) of McKinney, TX, Andrew Underwood of Claremore, OK, Ryan Underwood of Tulsa, OK and Mark Underwood of Alexandria, VA. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
