He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Frost and Rosie Frost; and his brothers, Herman Frost, Alfred Frost and Earl Frost.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Frost; his children, Krystal Shangle (Daniel) of Elkhart, Jimmy Frost (Kandis) of Osceola and Krissy Frost Woolwine (Kevin) of Elkhart; his grandchildren, Scott Eby (Deanna), Edward Hively-Shangle, Karanda Presswood, Cole Terry, Lexi Balog and Dalton Woolwine; his sister Berlina Stamper of Radcliff, Kentucky; his close friends, Ron, Nina Aurand of Granger, Terry and Anita Proffitt of Bristol, IN; and his son-in-law Kevin Woolwine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
