She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Helmuth-Reed and Thelma L. Helmuth-Reed (Detwiler); her son Paul E. "Gene" Lipp; her sister Nancy Shaffer; and her son-in-law Benjamin Schwartz.
She is survived by: her husband Paul V. Lipp; and her children, Deborah A. Hernandez (Eddie), Sue E. Schwartz and David A. Lipp (Kathryn).
