She was predeceased by: her parents, Eliza Hoover (Smith) and George Hansen; her husband Lynn Spake; her son Stacey Spake; and her granddaughter Lynn Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Spake, Danita McDowell (Timothy), Scott Spake, Susan Gallegos and Brenda Spake. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 50 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
