He is survived by: his daughter Brenda Lee Butler (Samuel); his grandsons, Steven Allen Butler (Bonita) and Samuel James Butler; his great grandchildren, Stephen Michael Butler (Ashley), Seth Andrew Butler and Jaime Michelle Butler; and his sisters, Betty Jo Moore and Joan Besinger.
