Though Hazel may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hazel leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Taylor and Maxwell. She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Burns of Elkhart, Bernie Burns (Sara) of Oklahoma and Louie King of Elkhart; her brothers, Clint Burks of Elkhart and Eldon Burks (Sarah) of Grand Rapids, MI; and her stepsisters, Cindy Taylor, Brenda Taylor-Ellsworth and Sherri Taylor. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
Her involvement with the Moose Club in Goshen 836 was one of the many ways in which Hazel made lasting contributions to her community.
