He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clinton Lowry Sr. and Francis Ann Lowry; his wife Venetta E. Lowry; his sons, Hubert Lee Lowry Jr. and David Wayne Lowry; and his siblings, James Clinton Lowry Jr., Gloria Allen, Brenda Qualls, Dorothy Alexander, Anna Belle Kobold and Hazel May.
He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Lowry (Sharon) and Mark Lowry; his grandchildren, Sean, Sandy, Lisa and Amanda; his sisters, Sandy Barrier and Joyce Lurch; and his daughter-in-law Sheila Lowry. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
