It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Illuminada Burns of Elkhart, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleuterio and Cornellia; and her daughter Monique Burns. She is survived by: her children, Margaret Burns and Mark Burns (Ariana); and her sister Bueana Cruz.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home (403 W Franklin St, Elkhart, IN 46516). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
