It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris A. Dawson of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Bradshaw, West Virginia, who passed away on May 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles C. Roberts; and her siblings, Luther, Leonard, James, Darryl, Sonny Roberts, Louise Roberts, Sonja Rose and Phyllis Whitman.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Dawson (Rena Randolph) of Edwardsburg, Michigan, Rhonda Quinn (Mark) of Jackson and Melinda Scott (Steve) of Elkhart; her siblings, Chris (Ruth) of Elkhart, Carl (Peggy) of Elkhart, Charles "Tiny" Roberts (Bonnie) of Elkhart, Nyta Tilford (Dave), Mary Roberts, Jackie Roberts and Carol Whitman of Elkhart; and her grandsons, Jamey, Brent Futrell II, Anthony, Andrew Coleman, Joshua, David and Zachary Dawson. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren and a loving host of extended family, friends.
