He is survived by: his children, James Ball (Denise), Trina Medford (Rick), Jessica Coburn (Tim), Bret Parmer (Courtney), Christopher Parmer (Christina) and Brandy Ball; and his brother Cecil Ball. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and several close friends.
