Roth of Goshen, Winston Eddie Wakeland (Deloris) of Goshen, Judy Wakeland of Goshen, Mary Rose Thacker of Pikeville, Kentucky and Loretta Williamson of Pikeville, Kentucky; his stepgrandson Tommy Stalker of Goshen; and his close friends, Floyd, Dennis and Salvation Army.
