He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Horn and Shirley Mae Horn (Lowe); his former wife Cecelia Horn (Shiltz); his son James Franklin Horn; and his sister Shirley O'Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Horn; his children, Jenifer Murray (Greg, family: Christina Horn, Monica Lambert) and Jeffery Horn (Kutrena); his stepchildren, T. J. Roberts (Jackye, family: Derek Roberts) and Kendra Wardlaw (Keith); and his siblings, Alonzo Horn (Luanne) and Laurie Cardillo. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations in James's memory may be directed to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
