She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Troyer and Luella Troyer (Christner); her daughter Michelle Slabach; her grandson Timothy Hughes; and her siblings, Gerald Troyer, James Troyer, David Troyer, Nancy Yoder and Dennis Troyer.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Bryce Metcalf and Nathaniel Metcalf; her sisters, Roberta Steider, Dorothy Troyer and Carol Troyer; her sister-in-law Kathy Troyer; and her close friend Jeanne Jacobs.
