She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Linke and Jeannette Linke; her husband Leon A. Dean; her granddaughter Allison Perry; and her sisters-in-law, Marian Ekin (Floy) and Rosemary O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica Walsworth (Lowell) of Sturgis, MI., Bruce Dean (Tracy) of Chicago, IL., Martin Dean (Carma) of Elkhart, IN and Alicia Carlson (Jim) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Christopher Dean (Kathryn), Alex Dean (Casey), Charles Dean, Eric Dean (Jessica), Jonathan Dean (August Vicsik), Matthew Perry (Maggie Callison), Grace Carlson, Sarah Carlson and Jacob Carlson; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Christian, Charity, Jonah, Keziah, Olivia, Melissa, Joshua, Theo and Sam; her brothers, Charles Linke (Audrey) of Travelers Rest, SC. and Richard Linke (Ann Cerrone) of New York, NY; her brother-in-law Lyndon Dean (Pat) of Waynesville, NC; her caregiver Cheryl Jerez; and her pet Frank. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
