He is survived by: his father Elgie Richard Merryfield; his children, Tana M. Elliott (Justin), Eddie Merryfield (Laura) and Kurt Merryfield; his grandchildren, Leah Ellis (Spencer), Natalie Fager, Sidney Merryfield, Emma Merryfield, Margaret Merryfield, Rogan and Royce Merryfield; his great grandchild Kendall Hazelip; and his siblings, William "Bill" Merryfield and Jennifer Corpe (Joe).
