She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bradford Smith and Lois Maxine Smith (Plank). She is survived by: her siblings, Edwin (Nancy), Sandra (Stanley), Danny and Jennifer (Dale). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
