It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannie Marie Shaw of Elkhart, Indiana, born in Oroville, California, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Genevieve Smith (Tousignant); and her siblings, Vernon Smith Jr., Michael Smith and Mary Lee (Michael).
She is survived by: her children, Joshua H. Shaw, Heather Joy Hummer (Patrick) and Amanda Lynn Shaw; her grandchildren, Alex Ethell, Amareil James, Octavis Hazen Shaw and Treasure Miracle Shaw; her great great grandchildren, Bailey Dickson and Jose Hernandez IV; and her sister Julie Yoder (Sanford). She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
