He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Ellsworth. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Elaine Keyser (Hatch) of Mishawaka, IN; and his siblings, Michael Wayne Keyser of Elkhart, IN, Barbara Joyce Bourn of Sarasota, FL and Randy C. "Poncho" Keyser of Edwardsburg, MI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces and great nephews.
