She was predeceased by: her brothers, John Dean Proctor, George David Proctor and Gerald Charles Proctor. She is survived by: her husband Richard Smith; her children, Jaleen Ford (Kegan) of Casa Grande, Lisa Ann Smith of Jacksonville, Amanda Kail (Ramsey), Andrew Smith (Cheryl) of Riviera and Brittany Smith (Brett Boyers) of San Antonio, Texas; her grandchildren, Becca Wheeler, Samantha Klink, Alfred "Jake" Klink III, Adam Wheeler, Cody Wright, Caleb Smith, Declan Kail, Peytlin Meyer and Penelope "Poppy" Kail; and her brother Keith W. M. Forsythe (Margie). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
