He was predeceased by: his parents, James Calbert McNeely and Ethel McNeely (Hunley); and his siblings, Paul, Jerry McNeely, Sophie Walker, Maxine McAllister, Janice Craigo, Nettie Gunoe, Luella McNeely, Marguerite McNeely and Ruth Craigo.
He is survived by: his children, Nora McNeely (Clonch) of Elkhart, Jim K. McNeely II of Columbia, MO and Timothy McNeely (Carol) of Granger, IN; and his sisters, Linda Santrock of Charleston, WV and Barbara Lanham (Houston) of Warren, MI. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Highland Park Baptist Church Mission Fund.
