She was predeceased by: her parents, James Short and Eva Short (Stahl); and her husband Ronald E. Marsh. She is survived by: her children, James E. Marsh, Sr. of Edwardsburg, MI and Barbara Jo Hiebert (Stan) of Elkhart, IN; her grandchildren, Kristy Gibney (Charlie) of Grandville, MI, Pam Noble (Steve) of Grandville, MI and James E. Marsh, Jr. of Edwardsburg, MI; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Gibney, Grace Gibney, Reagan Noble, Callie Marsh, Waylon Marsh and Jamison Marsh.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Central Christian Church in memory of Maxine.
