She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earnhart and Irene Pattee (Ruch); her stepfather Louis Pattee; her husband Glenn E. Smith; her daughter Debbie K. Rethlake; and her brothers, Richard and Alan Pattee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki L. Smith and Julie A. Woodiwiss (Lynn); her grandchildren, Drew and Holly Woodiwiss (Carter Kaminski); and her son-in-law Stephen Rethlake.
