With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John P. Bashore of Elkhart, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 25, 2025 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bashore and Debra J. Bashore (Muckenfuss); his sister Lois Shuck; and his aunts, Paula Shippley, Ruth Young, Judy Haught and Dorothy Shuck.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberli Clark (Miles) of Elkhart, IN., Christi Reed (Robert) of Kokomo, IN., Elizabeth Scott (David) of Logansport, IN., Annette Duran of Elkhart, IN., Catherine Miller (Chris) of Kokomo, IN. and Crystal Lalonde (Steve) of Croswell, MI; his aunts, Charmaine Meacham, Betty Tucker (Bubba), Diana Ward (Rick) and Claudeina Buford (Keith); and his uncle John Muckenfuss (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and nephews and several cousins.
In lieu of flower memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral cost.
