He was predeceased by: his parents, Devoe Neff and Emma Neff (Toth); his brothers-in-law, Cortlin Casselman, Claude "Jim" Adams Jr. and Gerald "Jerry" VanOoteghem; his in-laws, Robert and Dorothy Dick; and his pet Gentry.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Neff; his daughter Shelley Harris (Joe); his grandchildren, Grant (Taylor) and Allyson Harris; his sister Suzanne McCay (Brian); and his sisters-in-law, Joyce Casselman, Charlotte Adams (Jean) and Barbara VanOoteghem. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
