She was predeceased by: her father Curtis Howes. She is survived by: her mother Polly Howes (Poe) of Goshen, Indiana; her husband Tom Ott; her children, Traci Warren (Ott) of Carmel and Jeff Ott (Abbi) of Fishers, Indiana.; her sister Judy Pletcher (Howes) of Goshen; and her grandchildren, Jack, Curt, Faith Warren and Cora Ott. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Joyce's name.
