He is survived by: his wife Tina Adkins; his stepson Tyler Bouma of Elkhart, IN; and his siblings, Theresa Brown of Springfield, TN, Pam Estes (Mike) of Osceola, Peggy Stump of Elkhart and David Adkins (Donna) of Osceola. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
