She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Melenia and Cora Mae Melenia (McMann); and her brothers, Hugh and Jerry Melenia. She is survived by: her sons, Donald A. Schultheis (Terena) of Little Rock and Bradley S. Schultheis (Tammy) of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Alexis Schultheis, Ory Schultheis (Emma), Tailor Schultheis, Sydnie Schultheis and Payton Schultheis; her siblings, Dale Melenia of Greensburg, Lois Hylva, Peggy Trout of Irwin, PA, Leslie Spear of Counce, TN and Brian Melenia (Suzie) of Greensburg, PA; Elowyn Schultheis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or Caring Cove Hospice.
